OPRAH'S Last Season!!!!! Noooo I haven't met OPRAH or WILL & JADA yet!

Well, for the TRUE Oprah Fans you all know today was the FIRST episode of her LAST SEASON!

25 Seasons of the WONDERFUL MS. OPRAH WINFREY!

As my family watched Oprah & John Travolta dance & show clips from past shows, I looked at My Mother and said ,"THIS IS THE LAST SEASON & WE'VE NEVER BEEN ON OPRAH DO SOMETHING! MAKE IT HAPPEN!" LOL If anyone knows MY FAMILY we are a HUGE OPRAH fan we watch her show, movies, plays, buy her books, & even have an ongoing family joke about My Mother & Aunt Olivia they are OPRAH'S TWINS, as far back as in "The Color Purple".

So I'm hoping and praying that all the shows haven't been taped yet because I HAVEN'T MET OPRAH or WILL & JADA YET! LOL I will be writing about them SOON. I LOVE them with every fiber in Me they are just WONDERFUL to Me! I say that because I wrote a letter to Oprah I never mailed it though, asking Will & Jada to be my God Parents when I was 12. And my mother actually sent letters to Oprah several times about Me meeting Will & Jada and about My Aunt Olivia and our family. Sad to say we never made it on the show. Well, the fat lady has not sung its not over yet! LOL

Hopefully, I can write a blog about how My Mother GOT US ON THE OPRAH SHOW, with that being said I'll leave this one TO BE CONTINUED...*prays & crosses fingers* LOL

A Response to friends Note "What's Love?" Written by Yours Truly in 2008

E,E,E...man ole man I don't even kno if I should respond cuz this is gonna be so super long...lmbo... plus, I shouldn't even open  myself like this but ya kno what maybe I can help somebody... {smile} 1st the majority of ur questions can't be answered with a simple response...and other questions can't be answered @ all but I'm gonna give you my perspective on this. There are many different types of love. The Bible states, I Corinthians: 13 4-9 "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails..." then I Peter 4:8 reads, "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins..." and lastly I John 3:18 reads, "Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions in truth." Ok there's the Bibles definition or explanation of it now my opinion. As I previously stated there are many different types of love however I'm assuming your speakin of the love of a man and a woman in a relationship. In that case in my opinion, love is defined as stated in the Bible in addition 2 the emotional aspect of how a man and woman feels toward one another. It can't be clearly explained because love is different for everybody. Some characteristics of this emotion MAY include caring, trusting, "liking", respecting, etc. a certain individual. Although, love isnt always peaches and cream its the ability to be able to look over someones flaws because we ALL have them and be able to communicate with that person your likes, dislikes and concerns with the situation. Its about being able to trust another individual with your deepest darkest secrets and desires and not worrying that it will be on fb the very next day....·•★ＬＬ★•·. Its about havin that companionship that we ALL want deep down inside..that security that this individual will "ride or die" with/for you and even if the relationship doesn't work out you have no regrets because you really loved him or her, because it was something that you had to go through to learn and grow. Love is an amazing adventure because you never know what the outcome maybe. When you're in love, real love, that love that just makes you weak you will know it, if you've never been in love before it may be hard for you to identify what that feelin of "butterflies" or "twinkling" feeling in your gut when that person calls, texts, or you see that special individual..but you will eventually and hopefully it won't be 2 late, because a wise man once told me. "There are few things that last forever!" and I believe in my heart love is one of those things, so if you had it or may be debating if you are falling don't make the worst decisions of your life and let love past you! In the generation that we live in 2day love is SO SUPER RARE! And it is one of the most precious gifts, God loved US so much he gave his one begotten son! Love is a VERY powerful emotion...and it is very scary! Most people are terrified of love because love gets you out of your comfort zone...you open  yourself to another person and by doing so you may lose apart of youself and give the other person power over you. That's very scary especially for/to men. God made the world perfect then he nade Adam and then made Eve, because Adam was lonely and didn't seem complete. True Eve messed  but that's an entirely different story...LMBO...and Adam allowed her to he should have put his foot down...she was SO SUPER OUTTA POCKET...ne way I'm waaaay off subject...lol A major problem in this "love thang" is that people confuse love with LUST it is NOT the same...that is why people need to re-evaluate themselves and become a whole/complete MAN or WOMAN before trying to become one with another person. Real quick to answer some of your questions {ma bad this is so long...lol} I don't believe you can trick love, however think you can ignore it, you can't "fall out" of love, but you can realize you and that person aren't meant for one another and move on successfully to love another person the way the DESERVE to be loved{which could be more than the last},I personally don't believe people can fall in love like 20 times that's just ridiculous, all that "buying love" is for the birds those are just material, superficial things. You can love more than one person, BUT in different was for different reasons. But just to sum it  love is for your own personal interpretation no one can tell you how to love, who to love, when to love, or where to love you...you jus gotta follow ya heart...Ladies you CAN'T make a Man fall in love with you, or love you {and fellas too} you just CAN'T, you just have to let God work and nature take it's course...When its all said and done GOD IS LOVE! Also, ladies in the Bible it says your husband is suppose to find YOU, that's why I NEVER try to "find" a Man that's for the birds....lol....WHEW...I'm done finally...=)

1. I was born w/ 12 fingers...YES TWELVE FINGERS...LOL, JUST RECENTLY FOUND OUT within the last month & a half, a heart abnormality & fluid on my spine under my brain, the neck region...Yea I'm SOMETHING like a MIRACLE or ALIEN you PICK...LOL...Now that I have ur attention...lets digress...LMBO 

2. I LOVE My Family w/ ALL My HEART and SOUL and Honestly believe I have THEE BEST FAMILY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD...True Story! 

3. I Love My Brothers More than Myself BUT feel guilty bcuz I want to DO EVERYTHING 4 them and give them EVERYTHING they want BUT realistically I cant and I have to live My Life too...dilemma huh? LOL 

4. I have an OBESSION/FASCINATION w/ the following things: SHOPPIN, Gettin Married (Hey I kno Im WIFE Material) SEX & THE CITY! (I have issues w/ this show I watch it ALL the time and wanna meet the entire cast and crew esp SARAH JESSICA PARKER I LOVE HER!), Will & Jada Pinkett-Smith I LOVE them and their family from the beginning I just have sp much RESPECT for them and their talents and LOVE for each other, they are truly *MY FAVS* !, FOOD Im a growin Gal...LOL, LAUGHIN I absolutely LOVE to Laugh, if its really funny I laugh until I cry...LOL, the color PINK (and Purple) Im a Girly Girl at Heart, Hearts, Butterflies, The Ocean, Dancin, Beaches, takin pics (soon SCRAPBOOKIN) Yoga,MOVIES (I studied those in my college days LOL) and the word Love, takin Trips Im A TRIP-A-HOLIC Im feinin for 1 as I type...LOL 

5. If I had a super power I would wanna b invisible Mannnnn do u kno how much fun Id have w/ that...LOL 

6. I have SO MANY HUGE DREAMS that at times I get sad and discouraged bcuz I dont think I can possibly make them all come true. 

7. I have NO enemys and LOVE EVERYBODY...seriously! And I wish WE ALL COULD JUST GET ALONG...SEROUSLY...LOL 

8. I want to be a TALK SHOW HOST, or RADIO HOST...write for a MAGAZINE, write books for young inner city youth, teach, and give motivational speeches, something involving COMMUNICATION and Helping others, and direct movies THOSE R MY DREAMS! 

9. Im a DIE HARD Romantic and LOVE Cakin, Spending QT, talking and laughin w/ the significant other. 

10. I Pray 4 My Strength in My Christian Walk, bcuz Im not where I wanna b BUT I THANK GOD Im not where I USED to be! GODS NOT THRU W/ ME YET! 

11. Im a QUOTE HEAD 4 ne body who knows me I keep a quote book and I have random pieces of paper, sticky notes, envelopes ne thing I can write on w/ prolly HUNDREDS of quotes in my room, den, car, purse...LOL 

12. I am SO PROUD 2 b an American I LOVE Barack and Michelle and believe They give Our Nation HOPE 4 the ones that were hopeless! 

13. I honestly BELIEVE 100% wholeheartedly I am A REAL LIFE PRINCESS! Like All seriousness, no joke! And NO 1 can tell Me different MY FATHER IS THE KING OF KINGS SO ummm DUH I AM A PRINCESS...LOL 

14. I have a weird sense of humor I can make myself crack up laughin ALL the time! I say weird/corny sayins and my friends tease me and I really think they r funny, i.e. b4 I leave ne where I say " Im gonna blow this popsicle stand" if some1 asks me a question I dunno I say " Beats me like a stick" when Im happy I say "WOOT WOOT" literally, if some1 says what r u doin and Im chillin I say "Posted like a stamp" it goes on and on my friends talk about me but I dont care...LOL 

15. My Mother (she is the STRONGEST WOMAN I KNO, man if yall kne her story! she pushes me and doesnt even kno it she is AMAZING!) . TT Chrissy (We r SO diff yet we r the same she is one of the smartest women I kno and ALWAYS there 4 Me!). and Granny (The epitome of a STRONG BLACK WOMAN she has it ALL figured out! So much WISDOM and STRENGTH lies in her!) are My Role Models then Michelle Obama! 
My Father (he's #1 FOREVER I LOVE THIS MAN YALL would NEVER Understand My Love 4 Him!) , Unc Ty (He is the BEST UNC EVER He is always makin my days better w/ a simple text or call he always looks out 4 Me!) , are My Heros then MLK and Barack Obama! 

16. I have so much Love 4 My Girls that u will NEVER kno how much I LOVE yall! U ladies make my days that much brighter and r truly THERE 4 ME! Tina, Toya Alls, Nickels The rest of yall kno who u r! 

17. I think wayyyyyyy 2 much, funny cuz a while back some1 told me I dont think b4 I do things ! darnit r u happy now? LOL 

18. I LOVE MY LIFE! I have my bad days but my good days out weigh those so I WONT COMPLAIN! LOL 

19. I am NOT A BRAT BUT when things dont go according to the way I want ummm I get REALLY UPSET and dunno kno what 2 do...LOL Then I PRAY! 

20. I am TERRIFIED of Flying and trip out EVERYTIME Im on a plane. (Update I"M NOT SCARED ANYMORE!)

21. I over react to things and cant help it, I really need to work on that! LOL 

22. I LOVE reading and Im reading about 5 books right now, my boss at work even lets me borrow her books that have quotes and inspirational, self help type books I get such a kick outta those! 

23. I honestly *BELIEVE* that My Life will be HAPPILY EVER AFTER! 

24. Im addicted 2 my phone and even fall asleep textin sometimes...LOL 

25. I LOVE the simple things in Life I believe those r what makes LIFE WORTH LIVING! The little things are what makes GREAT things!

The DASH

I went to my 23 year old cousins funeral Saturday and the Pastor asked "What will the dash on your tombstone say about your life when you die?" Now I've heard that question before, but for some reason it truly stuck with me. Possibly because of my health issues I'm going through right now where at times I thought I truly was going to die, or because I'm just at a different point in my life and I look at things differently now. Either way it really struck a cord and I continue asking myself what will MY DASH say about Me? Everyone wants to leave a mark on this earth we live in. I definitely want to leave my fingerprint! Not on the world per say, but at least one person! I'm a very compassionate person and I want to help anyone I can. I'm in the process of finding my true niche, perfecting it in my own special way and sharing with those God believes I should share it with!
